The Bharat Widows Empowerment Fund is a new flagship initiative of the Loomba Foundation for empowering widows through sustainable livelihood programs in India. The Loomba Foundation is honored that our President Lady Cherie Blair CBE KC, wife of the former British Prime Minister, Sir Tony Blair KG, has been launched the Bharat Widows Empowerment Fund at the residence of the British High Commissioner on 21st October 2023.

How you can empower widows in India

¤ You can adopt a widow by donating Rs. 10,000 per year.
¤ You can adopt 10 widows by donating Rs. 1 lakh per year.
¤ You can adopt 50 widows by donating Rs. 5 lakh per year.
¤ You can adopt 100 widows by donating Rs. 10 lakh per year.

In return

You will receive 80G and 12A certificates for your generous donation. In addition, the Loomba Foundation will provide you with the progress report of your beneficiary/ies and you will be invited to an annual event to be hosted by the Loomba Foundation. In India .

Our aim is to empower rural widows in every state of India and we very much hope that you will help us to help them.
