Great White Shark Diving | Seal Island | Cape Town | Simon's Town | South Africa

In June of 2018, we went cage diving with Great White Sharks at Seal Island. Seal Island is located in False Bay, near Simon's Town, South Africa. This is the first half of our trip in South Africa, the second half we visit Kruger National Park!

The shark clips in this video are a little bouncy, the current kept pushing us around. It was really hard to keep still.

I know cage diving is still controversial, but I believe allowing shark tourism teaches people who were once terrified of sharks to realize they are amazing creatures. I was once that person who was petrified of sharks, but after this experience, sharks have become one of my favorite animals.
