Hey guys, thanks for stopping by my channel! In this tutorial, I am teaching you how to make this beautiful reversible macrame bag that can be used as a purse, market bag, cross body bag or beach bag.

***PLEASE NOTE: THIS BAG STRETCHES OUT SUBSTANTIALLY WHEN FILLED.

The following measurements are for the bag empty, laying flat:
From top of handle to the bottom: 25 inches/63.5cm
Width: 12in/31cm
Just the body (not including handles): 14in/35.5cm
For this bag I used a 5mm, braided cord in the colour Laurel, here is a link to this cord:

CORD LENGTHS:
HANDLES: 2 X 42in/105cm
BODY: 36 x 7ft/215cm
TOTAL CORD: 260ft/79.5meters

TIP: It is always a good idea to cut extra cord length for you first time making a pattern, the type of cord, tension of your knots, spacing of your knots, and many other factors can all attribute to a need for extra cord length.
