Shao Kahn: setups, meaties, and pressure

These setups were recorded on May 22nd 2019, about one month after release and still on the day one patch.

Setups were tested vs Geras' u2 and Kollector's u3 (the fastest reversals in class) so they should be universal. Some might require corner positioning, some might require a microdash or a manual delay. I tried not to go TOO in-depth to keep it as short as possible.
