Okra is an interesting vegetable, but so versatile! This year we have had an awesome crop of okra! This is a good snack or something to fancy up a relish plate. Give it a try! We like to save the pickling liquid & spices after eating the okra and add this to taco meat, chili, or put it in meatloaf to add a burst of flavor.
