This Workout will help you to get curvier and wider hips at home. You can’t get rid of your Hip Dips completely but you can minimize their appearance by growing the muscles around your glutes. These exercises are going to grow your side booty and you’re getting an hourglass shape. (Just a reminder: Hip Dips are beautiful and you don’t have to worry about them! Love your body, you are worthy and beautiful. )
Make sure to be in a calorie surplus If you want to build muscles. Eat enough protein and drink enough water, especially during this workout !
