An afternoon exploring Charlestown, a picturesque harbor town on the south coast of Cornwall. Charlestown was once a commercial port, but now is primarily a tourist attraction. It has also been used as a backdrop for movies such as "The Eagle Has Landed," and TV shows such as the BBC series, "Poldark." One can see why! It is easy to imagine being transported to an earlier time as you stroll and explore this beautiful harbor town!
