Bodybuilders Try The Olympic Gymnast Strength Test Without Practice (DIFFICULT)
This Olympic Gymnast Strength Test was one of the most challenging fitness tests I have tried yet. I didn't know how crazy strong gymnasts are!

As bodybuilders we try gymnastics and test our strength on core exercises, pullups, ring muscle ups, handstand pushups, handstands, iron cross, and gymnastics. my training like chris heria for 30 days body transformation really prepared me for this challenge but I still need to do more calisthenics training. front lever was hard and adam as a powerlifter and bodybuilder tested his strength. This was a fitness test like the us army fitness test, russian army fitness test, british army fitness test. Not even no hands pushups challenge or no hands pullups challenge were as hard as this fitness test.
