After the lamb's small intestine is cleaned very well, it is wrapped around an iron bar and grilled.
After cooking on the grill is divided into small pieces with a sharp knife.
Mixed with tomato, thyme, red pepper and salt, than served between sandwiches. Enjoy your meal :)
