In this episode of Bodybuilder VS I attempt to run 1 mile while wearing a sandpaper suit! This brutal cardio test would surely destroy the skin and mind of a average human but for Houston Jones it was basically a walk in the park. I have no doubt in my mind that this sandpaper suit mile is definitely a word first/world record and that military fitness tests are extremely easy by comparison!
