The Minority Players

The last time Canada had a minority federal government was 11 years ago. That's a long time in politics, so here is a look at how it might work. The Agenda welcomes several observers with first-hand experience with a minority government: former Conservative cabinet minister, Peter MacKay; Martha Hall Findlay, who served in the last minority parliament as the Liberal MP; Peggy Nash, former NDP MP; along with Peter Loewen, political science professor at the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy.
