abs in two weeks? i tried CHLOE TING's two week shred challenge and i am SHOOK

heyyyyyy, in today's video I tried out another Chloe ting workout yet again, this time it was the two week shred challenge! Seriously, i was not expecting that at all. Although it was a bit hard it was worth it in the end. I love doing these types of videos to motivate others and honestly just motivate myself to continue to work and take care of myself :)

EATING

In terms of what i ate, i cut our very sugary drinks, along with that i cut out junk food or at least i tried to but i ate a very low amount of junk food, only when i thought i deserved it. Other than that, eat smaller quantities of food, some ways to do this is to eat in a smaller plate instead of a big one. AND the biggest thing is to drink a lot of water, it helps with digestion which helps with bloating. Go easy on yourself, have fun with this journey :)
