How To Make Delicious Curry Jackfruit
Step by Step [From preparation to enjoying the finished meal :)

Recipe Below :

2 cups jackfruit
1 medium onion
2 stalks escallion
Thyme
Scotch bonnet pepper
Sweet pepper
Garlic
Curry powder
Turmeric powder
ginger
Irish potato
Cho-cho
Carrot
2tbsps homemade dry seasoning
1 Tbsp cooking oil
1 cup water

Procedure
1. Chop onion, escallion, scotch bonnet pepper, sweet pepper and garlic.
2. Add to jackfruit
3. Heat cooking oil in pot
4 add seasoned jackfruit to pot
5. Add water to pot and cover.
6. Chop chocho, Irish potato and carrot.
7 add to pot and cook for approximately 10 minutes or until all is soft.
