Türkiye’de ilk, dünyada ise ikinci engelli kadın yarış pilotu olan Kübra Denizci Keskin, hayatında karşılaştığı zorlukları ve mücadelesini TEDxYildizTechnialUniversity sahnesinde dinleyicilerle paylaştı. ‘Kadının gücünün her yerde olduğunu umarım herkese gösterebiliriz.’ sözüyle konuşmasını vurguladı. The first disabled female racing driver in Turkey and the second in the world.
She was born in Bursa. In 2004, she suffered a spinal cord injury as a result of a fall from a height. She had to interrupt her education due to the process of getting used to the wheelchair and ongoing treatments. After graduating from Uludağ University's Department of International Relations, she completed her MBA at Bilgi University. Since it was difficult for her to study out of the city due to her physical disability, she graduated from the Department of Psychology at Üsküdar University after 10 years to realize her dream. She is currently doing her master's degree in Clinical Psychology at Üsküdar University.
She also worked as a columnist at Acunn.com. Since 2018, Kübra Denizci Keskin has been striving to be in motorsports and received her racing license in the 2022 season. In 2023, she is competing in Turkey Climbing Championship with her specially prepared vehicle.
