All my Hobbies have to be Monetizable

Why would you even have a hobby or a creative pursuit in 2025? - Mindlessly scrolling on your phone for 7 hours a day is the ultimate free-time activity that is very fun and requires no effort.
For me, fun alone doesn't seem to be enough to motivate me to work on my creative hobbies anymore. I often find myself needing to come up with other reasons why I should still pick up the camera and the paintbrush and start creating: It will help my (mental) health, it will help my career and make me money, it will give me creative fulfillment, it will stop me from doomscrolling, it will improve my personality and make me a more interesting person, ... - and I don't think I'm the only one.
For this reason, I wanted to share my thoughts with you guys in this vlog to hear your opinions and personal experiences on this topic. I tried not to ramble too much, but this video ended up devolving pretty hard regardless, so stick with me.
