Hi everyone!
There are times when you may not be sleeping too well, or have interrupted sleep. Many factors affect our sleep like : stress, caffeine, food intake, worry, hormonal imbalance. The list goes on.
In being 30 weeks pregnant I am waking at random hours like 1am to 4am most nights finding it hard to sleep. This has prompted me to do this routine as I sometimes get up and exercise or stretch as I figure I may aswell try and burn off that energy and attempt to calm down and get back to sleep!
This video is for ANYONE (pregnant or not) who is having trouble sleeping and suffering from insomnia.
The stretches I have chosen will help calm and ground your energy and the breathing techniques at the end will certainly help you relax.
I cannot guarantee that it will work for you, but it will certainly help ease the frustration and be a better option than laying wide awake in bed ticking over your thoughts constantly.
