Teaching with ICTs and AI: Best Practices – Webinar by UNESCO IITE

Webinar organized by UNESCO IITE to inform the teachers of ASPnet schools and beyond about the globally collected best practices as part of the survey.

In the face of the pandemic, many educators were forced to creatively approach the educational process with the use of various ICT tools, both in order to ensure that the learning is taking place and to track progress of the learners. Simultaneously, it is important to keep ‘digital balance’ not to overburden the learners with too many applications and constant need for online presence.

Many have thought of various innovative approaches and uses of widely-spread ICT tools, and yet, there definitely is a striking diversity in the challenges that educators across the world faced due to varying levels of informatization in different countries and level of ICT knowledge among the educators across the world.

UNESCO IITE enables schools worldwide not only to receive information about the way education is organized and delivered, but also to play a more pro-active role in preparing students, teachers, parents and local communities not only for the present but equally for the future. The project is fully supported by APSnet.

The webinar intends to familiarize a wider audience of educators from around the world with the best practices on teaching and learning using ICTs which were collected globally in 2022-2023.

Target audience - Educators (secondary to high school teachers of ASPnet schools and beyond) teaching different subjects (e.g., Mathematics, English, Social Sciences) are the target audience for the webinar.
