Well this unboxing went terribly wrong! I think I jinxed myself at the beginning of the video. I've reached out to Luisaviaroma via phone, which directed me to email them - but I've yet to hear back!

What do you think of the Jacquemus Le Grand Bambino? Would you keep it with the flaws I showed or look for a different bag?
