How to make a DDP Yoga Breakfast!
I struggled trying to find how to make my breakfast healthy for the DDP Yoga meal plans. I will show you how I did it and how you can too! Here is what you will need to make this happen.
8-12oz of spinach (you can choose how much you want in that range)
2-3 eggs
2lbs of fresh button mushrooms
Salsa
One bag of shredded hash browns (you only use 5oz per meal)
1 serving of fruit(I used 1 apple)
Non stick cooking spray.

For Phase 1 mean plan here is what you are allowed for breakfast.
1 Serving of Fruit
Unlimited amount of veggies
1 serving of complex carbs
1 serving of protein
1 serving of dairy
1 serving of healthy fats(i don't use this in my breakfast)
