How To Do The Phase 5 TMNT Quests (Showdown Shred Challenges)

Some of these are pretty easy, others are slightly difficult:
Destroy foot clan banners
Damage opponents with rare or better weapons
Reprogram foot clan recruitment holo-posters
Travel distance in vehicles
Complete a bounty from a bounty board
Damage opponents that have damaged you
Damage opponents as the last player standing on your team
Destroy evil brainwashing pizza turntables
