Thanks to Benoit Laurent at Steward Mountain Forge for making the improved bardiche, based on a budget model by Deepeeka. There were some issues with the construction of the cheap bardiche, mainly the steel quality, fit, and handle shape, and so I asked Benoit if he would be interested in forging a better one. Luckily he was, and it turned out great.
