Officials survey asbestos risks in Libby following flood damage

Officials in Lincoln County invited residents to learn more about asbestos cleanup efforts Monday, following recent flooding in the area.

Ongoing cleanup efforts in Libby are focusing on asbestos contamination that may have surfaced from flooding.

Now, the Montana Department of Environmental Quality and Lincoln County are working to survey impacted areas and help local homeowners.
