HOLLOW KNIGHT - Poor Lance Sentry

After a tip from Lord Enlosser I found this poor lance sentry. Are there more bugs with the wrong amount of geo that I've missed? Do you think this is a bug or does it mean something? Let me know what you think in the comments!
