Japan is about to enter "Golden Week," our longest string of national holidays right at the end of spring.
While many people travel, the tourist spots are crowded and hotel prices have nearly doubled. So this year, I've decided to enjoy a quiet staycation at home.

This morning, I brewed some specialty coffee beans gifted from a friend in Vietnam and took my time making a simple breakfast. In a daily life overflowing with information, this quiet time in my small kitchen is an important ritual to reset myself as an office worker and regain my true self.
