Ingredients For Chipotle Chilli Corn Salsa-
- 6 ounces Frozen Corn (thawed)
- 1 large Poblano Pepper
- 1 Jalapeno Pepper
- ½ cup Red Onion (chopped)
- ¼ cup Cilantro (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Chipotle Chilli Corn Salsa Recipe Steps-
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Take the poblano chilies and slice them in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds and discard them.
3. Spread the chili strips on a baking sheet and roast for about 10 minutes or until the skin has sufficiently charred and blistered.
4. Transfer the peppers from the baking sheet to a large bowl and cover it with plastic wrap.
5. Peel the skin as much as possible. Then, cut the chili halves into thin strips.
6. Rinse the frozen corn in the colander under running water.
7. Once the corn is thawed and drained, transfer them to a bowl containing sliced poblano peppers.
8. Add jalapeño, chopped cilantro, red onion, lemon and lime juice, and kosher salt.
9. Stir everything together until combined. Now it’s time to taste your salsa.
