How to Properly Use the Praxic Blade

Wasn't gonna make a vid on this seeing as it's all listed in-game, however I had a lot of friends shocked when I told them about the 2nd throwing option, as well as the interaction you can do with the throws, so I figured maybe there's a lot of people out there who didn't know about it as well!
