Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe
•1 1/2 cups flour
•1tsp baking soda
•1/2 tsp salt
•1 large egg
• 1 stick of butter (softened)
• 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
• 6 tbsp sugar
• 1tsp vanilla extract
•2 1/4 cup chocolate chips (or desired amount)

Preheat Oven to 350
Combine flour, baking soda, & salt in small bowl. Mix well. In separate large bowl, combine butter & sugars. Beat until smooth. Add egg and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth. Slowly add flour mixture. Once smooth (cookie dough consistency) add desired amount of chocolate chips.

Prepare baking sheets (i like to use flour instead of oil)
Spoon out cookie dough leaving enough space for cookies to spread.
Bake cookies for 8-10 mins (small) 10-13 mins (large) ENJOY!
Chicken Alfredo Recipe
•2 large chicken breast (sliced into small pieces)
•1 box barilla fettuccini noodles
• 1-2 jars Ragu classic Alfredo sauce
•SEASONINGS- Onion Powder | Garlic Powder | Parmesan Cheese | Parsley Flakes | Olive Garden Italian Salad Dressing | Olive Oil | Salt | Kinders Buttery Poultry Blend

Marinate chicken in seasonings at least for 4 hours (the longer the better)

In small/ medium pot add sauce. Let warm/ simmer.
In large pot boil water. Add noodles and pinch of salt. Cook noodles aldente. When finished drain noodles and add olive oil, salt, Parmesan, & parsley flakes.
In skillet add olive oil and chicken mixture. Cook chicken until desired (i like mine browned with slight crisp).
Assemble noodles, add sauce, chicken, & parsley flakes to garnish. ENJOY!
