It's time to get fancy as the Fork On The Roadshow visits Morton's The Steakhouse at The Shops At Riverside in Hackensack. Although not too fancy though, given the cookbook I'm reviewing today and its author.

Multi-talent Benny Blanco has thrown his cap into the cookbook ring with part-memoir, part-recipe scrapbook. And it's as irreverent as it is surprisingly practical and tasty. Except for the fried Rolex part.

There's one chapter in particular that made me choose the venue for this video. Let's just say that Morton's could lower the price on their rather delectable Chicken Christopher and I won't show their manager the chapter.
