How to setup GITHUB ACTIONS on PHP project (Symfony)

In this tutorial I will show you how to setup Github Actions on any project. Specifically I used PHP Symfony kickstarter project. I also added static code analysis tool phpstan which scans your code after each commit and informs you about the errors or warnings.
