Visco fuse machine .

This is a video of my mdf cnc routed vidco machine it can make 1.5 mm , 2 mm and 3 mm diameter fuse by changing a couple of parts around.
It runs off a 24 volt 60 rpm motor with a 4.1 - 1 gear ratio between the main pulley and the 6 spool wrapping pulley .
i will eventually get around to a diy but not for at least 4 months .
