Mix 1 banana 🍌 with flour and you will be amazed at the result! No sugar No water No milk

Ingredients:
Ripe banana 1
Egg 1
Active dry yeast 3g/1tsp
Softened unsalted butter 28g/2tbsp
Salt 3g/½tsp
All-purpose or bread flour 300g
Chocolate chips 60g

Recipe:
1 ripe banana
Around 181g
Mash the banana with a fork
1 egg
Mix well
3g active dry yeast
Mix and wait for 5 minutes
After 5 minutes
300g All purpose or bread flour
3g salt
Mix well
28g softened unsalted butter
Knead well
Cover with a bit of oil
Cover and rise until double size
Transfer to a work surface
Flatten the dough
60g chocolate chips
Spread evenly
Roll up the dough
Divide into 16 parts
Each piece is about 35g
Shape into a ball
Place into a baking pan lined with parchment paper
Repeat
Cover and rise until double size (about 45 minutes)
Brush egg wash
Bake for 15-18 minutes at 356F/180C
After baking
Place on a rack to cool
So soft and fluffy on the inside!
