My consistent yoga practice and strengthening of neuropathways to choose love in moments of fear really changed everything for me and finally anchored in my beliefs despite years of depression that created friction with the lightness I knew I was worthy of feeling.
The past few years have felt so much more still, stable, and discerning.
The more still I become, the more I forget who I am, the more an entirely new world opens up to me, all my potential realities revealing themselves. Stillness brings me to the deepest level of expansion.
Wherever you are in your journey is beautiful, you are worthy in all moments.
I channel this truth into my manifestation journal and integrate visions of my dream reality into moments of pure gratitude and reverence.
This is also a practical tool in knowing what your goals are and taking active steps to receive them every single day.
