How many gun sanctuaries are there in Illinois?

In summer 2018, county boards in central and southern Illinois began passing "gun sanctuary" resolutions to express their support for Second Amendment rights. Lawmakers in Springfield, IL have yet to pass any new gun legislation as mass shootings continue in the U.S.
