Behind declining U.S. birth rates, "romantic reckoning" after #MeToo

New research shows a sharp drop in the number of babies born in the U.S. in 2017. An analysis reported in the New York Times found an estimated 3.84 million babies were born in 2017, down more than 100,000 from the year before. New York Times investigative reporter and CBS News contributor Jodi Kantor joins "CBS This Morning" to discuss the "decay of social bonds" due to smartphones and the impact of the #MeToo movement on intimacy.
