Gauteng churches urged to work with police following criminal incidents

Churches should work closely with law enforcement agencies when planning late night vigils.

This is according to reverend Nicholas Jiyane whose church was targeted by criminals during a regional conference held at a lodge in Pretoria North near Soshanguve.

The footage in SABC News' possession shows armed men disrupting the service and demanding personal belongings from members of the congregation.
