בחתונה הגדולה בלוס אנג'לס השתתפו גדולי ראשי הישיבות ועסקנים מהעולם שבאו להביע את הערכתם ללבו הרחב של הנגיד ר' שלמה יהודה. .
החתונה התקיימה במלון הילטון המפואר בעיר .בחלק המוזיקאלי הנעימה תזמורתו הפילרמונית של *איצי שוורץ* בניצוחו של המאסטרו *אברימי גור אריה* . על השירה הופקדו הזמרים בערי וובר ואוהד מושקוביץ, שימחה ליינר, ברוך לוין , משה מנדלביץ ואיציק דדיה בלויווי מקהלת שירה מניו יורק .
על החלק המרגש היה אמון מוטי שטיינמץ שהגיע במיוחד מישראל ושר את השיר *כה אמר* מאלבומו החדש בלחנו המיוחד של ר פינקי וועבר .( עיבוד במקור ר' משה לאופר)צפו
