Piano-playing humanoid robot hits all the right notes in Chinese park

A robot impressed spectators with his piano playing skills at Chongqing Lijia Intelligent Park, on Monday.
Made up of two robotic arms, the artistic automaton was seen making piano magic as a crowd of onlookers enjoyed the show.
"The piano robot has a robot vision system, which can read the music score and convert it into an intelligent algorithm," said the spokesperson of JMI Robot Company, Mou Bo.
He added that it currently takes 10 to 15 minutes for the robot to learn a new music piece.
"I came to see the robot play the piano. It played well. I hope I can listen to the robot play the piano more next time," said Li Peng, a member of the audience.
