How To Make Small Eyes Look Bigger

Sorry I haven't uploaded in a couple weeks :( Been busy moving, but I finally have my own makeup room, YAY! I thought I would do a tutorial for people with smaller eyes. It's hard sometimes to pull off a smokey eye when your eyes are small, alot of times your eyes end up looking smaller. I hope this technique works well for all of you!
