In this classic episode of Airline USA (Season 2, Episode 29: "Lost In Translation"), the customer service teams in LA, Baltimore, and Chicago face one of their most challenging shifts yet, dealing with miscommunications, wild arguments, and unique passenger encounters.

Yolanda's Lost Arabian: In Los Angeles, Yolanda tries her best to assist an Arabic-speaking passenger who is completely lost. Luckily, a multilingual colleague steps in to help save the day.

Breast Laid Plans: At Baltimore Washington International (BWI), Sue and Nicholas have their hands full with Frankie, an intoxicated passenger denied boarding on the final flight to Fort Lauderdale. As the night goes on, his arguments for getting on the plane become increasingly bizarre.

Smelly Czech: Over in Chicago, Denise is called to handle a highly sensitive issue. A passenger with a severe body odor problem is about to board, forcing Denise to find a creative, diplomatic solution to keep the other passengers happy.

Mike & The Mexican Hat: Back in LA, a delayed flight to Kansas City forces Mike to remove a Mexican passenger from the aircraft. Despite the frustrating delay, the passenger takes it in incredible spirits, ending the interaction by gifting Mike a traditional Texas hat.

The Buffalo Singhs: Gina and Craig try to calm down an irate passenger who is missing a close friend's wedding due to weather delays, leading to an incredibly tense standoff at the gate.
