今日の脊髄くも膜下麻酔2例（頭上から撮影）spinal anesthesia by Dr.EpiCal
針の刺入よりも局所麻酔薬の浸潤が痛いので局麻はしません。
患者さんはプロポフォールで入眠しており、25Gスパイナル針の穿刺で痛がられることは殆どありません。
針の穿刺部位と方向は硬膜外麻酔と同じですが、針が細いので穿刺後はある程度抜かないと先端の方向は変わりません。
