I make these videos with the intention of making a short compilation. I believe it is Transformative in a positive sense;
- I take clips from various sources to help the fans, to easily search and watch all their idols moments.
-I also edit some parts of the videos to create a fanmade video that talks about my favorite mv's parts.
-It can also help the owner to gain viewers by watching these short compilation and encourage them to watch the full video.
I do not own the clips and music, I use in most cases. My understanding is that it is in correlation of "Fair right use" , however given that it is open to interpretation, if any owners of the content clips would like me to remove the video, I don't have any problem with that at all and will do as fast as possible.
