​Synopsis
Max Peterson receives a mysterious cell phone that sends him text messages promising wealth and success. He follows the instructions and hits the jackpot at a casino, but soon finds himself targeted by casino security, the FBI, and a dangerous international conspiracy. Max discovers the messages are actually coming from Echelon, an advanced autonomous global surveillance system that has become sentient and is manipulating him for its own mysterious agenda
