Ascending an ascender carrying a pully from the ground

This is a test that I did to ascend an ascender up the 'down' side of my rope while on the ground. I normally advance the ascender by pushing it up a foot or two after each pull, with this method I can place the ascender carrying the pulley at a desired height and begin to climb.

After recording this, I think if I was to go it again, I would put the paracord line (the line I was using to raise the ascender) over the branch I am climbing to or a higher branch and not through my friction saver. If the climbing line got on top of the paracord it would make it difficult to raise the ascender into position with weight on it and could put additional wear onto the climbing line.
