Repurpose a pair of old Levi Denim jeans and make them into a bucket hat.

2:18 Adding the pocket to the side panel
2:54 opening the legs to make one big panel
3:07 cutting out the brim
4:36 Finishing the hat

Tools needed:
Sewing machine
Thread and optional top stitching thread
1/2 metre of fabric such as canvas cotton, denim, upholstery, interior
Fat quarter lining
Sewing kit

This one in the demonstration is made from a medium weight curtain fabric, perfect for the summer season here in Cornwall, my home😁.
