hey home brewers,
today is the day.... the potato sake is ready for it's close up.
I set about filtering this interesting potato sake. It smelled so good.
alcoholic potato.
after alot of filtering and a little more so i was not drinking potato chunks. it was time to try it............
i will leave you to see how it turned out.
