In this travel vlog, we take you on a adventure through the stunning Algarve region of southern Portugal, from historic old towns to breath-taking beaches and cliffs.

Full itinerary below:

Day 1: Exploring Lagos Old Town & Beautiful Beaches.

We start our journey in Lagos, wandering through the charming Old Town, known for its cobblestone streets, colorful buildings, and rich history. From there, we take a relaxing stroll along the Lagos Marina, where you’ll find a vibrant market and plenty of delicious restaurants. We continue along the marina, passing Forte da Ponta da Bandeira, before reaching Praia da Batata beach.

Next, we head to the Lagos Boardwalk for a scenic walk from the famous Praia do Camilo to Ponta da Piedade, one of the most iconic spots in the Algarve. The views of the Ponta da Piedade rock formations are nothing short of spectacular. Whether you choose to walk along the cliffs or hop on a boat, the views here are some of the best in the region—and a perfect spot to watch the sunset!

Day 2: Praia da Rocha, Portimão, Ferragudo & Carvoeiro
We start the day with a visit to Praia da Rocha, one of the Algarve’s most famous beaches, known for its dramatic cliffs and crystal-clear waters. The Miradouro dos Três Castelos - viewpoint offers incredible views of the coastline, and we explore the rock formations, caves, and hidden nooks that make this beach a must-see.

Next, we head to Portimão, a lively port city with a rich maritime history. Known for its bustling marina and beautiful beaches, Portimão is the perfect base for exploring the Algarve(We stayed here).

After Portimão, we cross the river to Ferragudo, a fishing village famous for its cobblestone streets, colourful flowers, and charming hillside views. It's often considered one of the prettiest villages in the Algarve!

We then make our way to Carvoeiro, a small coastal town with stunning views. We explore the famous Boneca's Cave, where two holes in the rock look like doll eyes. We finish the day with a peaceful walk along the boardwalk, catching one of the best sunsets in the Algarve.

Our Algarve adventure wraps up in Vilamoura, one of the most luxurious areas in the Algarve, known for its upscale marina, golf courses, and stunning coastline. A perfect place to relax after two full days of exploration!
