-Existing-home sales decreased 2.7% in June from May to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 3.93 million, according to the National Association of Realtors.
-The median existing-home sales price for all housing types rose 2% to $435,300 from $426,900 in June 2024 – a record high for the month of June and the 24th consecutive month of year-over-year price increases.
-The inventory of unsold existing homes decreased 0.6% to 1.53 million units in June from May. It’s the equivalent of 4.7 months' supply at the current monthly sales pace.
