Knee Pain Treatment at Home (for Faster Recovery)
Knee pain treatment at home is an important part of any physical therapy plan to relieve your knee pain. In this video, I'm going to show you three knee pain exercises which will help you work on a number of the common causes of knee pain, such as runners knee. These knee strengthening exercises will also help if you suffer from knee osteoarthritis.

If you get knee pain after running, be sure to add these exercises to your weekly training plan so as to build strength in your quads, to protect your knee joints. The whole topic of how to fix knee pain is of course fairly complex, as there could be many potential causes of your knee pain. However, these exercises are appropriate for most causes, and are, at worst, unlikely to make a knee injury worse!
