Left over fava beans (broad beans) from the garden? Freeze, fry or dip them!!

Everyone here in Abruzzo that can grows fava beans; in fact they are the one thing that I know will grow in the garden every year with out any trouble or strife! I grew too many fava beans this year though and we were getting a little bored with eating fava bean meals, so I decided to take the remaining beans and freeze them for later on in the season. But I also want to show you a couple of simple recipes that you can do with fava beans if you've grown a lot of them yourself and you want some ideas for what to do with them.
