REPAIRING WITHOUT REPLACING
In this video I will Repair Cracked Front bumper (cover) and fix headlight broken tabs and sand the headlight from the scratch

04:13 Grill Trim Repair
Heating the bend edge to the right shape with heat gun and used super glue and then used the same method to strength it up from back like the bumper, then applied body filler to smooth the low spots and sand it with 600 grid sandpaper and then applied primer and sand it with 1000 grid sandpaper and then wet sand it with 1200 grid sandpaper
degreasing with alcohol or lacquer thinner and applied two coats of base color and clear coat

07:43 Bumper Crack Repair
After fixing the bumper crack with the method i did, sanded it with 120 grid sandpaper to smooth the high spots and also from the back of the bumper for roughing the surface for applying the two part of epoxy

11:09 Applying base color and clear coat
